Click on the
above link to open a new Window containing the order form.
Use your ALT + TAB (or click between them on your task bar) to
go back and forth between the site (to get the information you
require) and the order form. When the form is completed,
click the submit button at the bottom of the page. I will
confirm your order with an e-mail message which will include
your pricing and a quote #. Please check out all of the
information on the returned order and reply with, "order
accepted as written"!
If paying by credit card, I will contact
you at the time you indicate on the form and I will refer to
the quote # as your confirmation of who I am. If paying
by money order or certified check, the order will not be submitted
for processing until I receive it. I will e-mail a confirmation
upon receipt of your payment. You should receive your order
with-in 3 - 5 business days in Canada, 6 - 8 business days in
the United States. Express or Expedited shipping is available!

Replacement Policy.
You will receive a automatic email
with the details of your order and another one from me, along
with the pricing, asking you to read over and confirm your order.
If the printer or I, make a mistake on your order, they will
be replaced free of charge. If the mistake is yours, you
are responsible for its replacement.
